Abstract

Because of the serious problems that businesses must solve, the relevance of knowledge management is growing. This is bolstered by the fact that cognitive goals that emphasize knowledge management are gaining traction. Successful KM implementation allows businesses to boost efficiency and acquire a competitive edge. Strategic business decisions may be aided by KM.
