Abstract

The article provides an analysis of how the moral values are equally important and effective in student’s holistic development.In the current education system, it reconsiders the role of moral values. The paper theorises how value education are connected to realisation of educational objectives. It is used as a conceptual framework to understand the interdependence of moral values and educational objectives. Today the feeding of moral values only is at the back front as there are many other priorities for the students and parents today as a result there is a complete lack of moral values and social relations. In this article an attempt has been made to realise the impact of moral values on students all round development. Therefore, there is need to take serious action for the reconstruction of moral values among students. Moral values are inculcated by means of education so, here in this article importance of education and moral value through education is emphasized.Schools have found to be the major source of values and academic development. To equip the students with moral values and to develop them as responsible citizen schools are required to play an important role. This paper tried to answer the questions who plays the role for imparting moral values to students and how moral values are concerned with students all round development. The outcome of the paper might be useful for the policymakers, stakeholders, research scholars specialising in education stream.
