Abstract

The article examines the process of development of economic and cultural commercial agriculture and specialization of commodity production, the growth of commodity and money circulation and the emergence of fair, market and stationary trade, as well as the strengthening of trade relations of the Karakalpaks with neighboring peoples in the late XIX- early XX century.
