Abstract

The current investigation is part of a larger research project. This specific portion of the study reports the challenges experienced by teachers involved in the accreditation processes specifically in three programs – the Bachelor of Special Needs Education (BSNEd), Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd), and Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd). Instrumentation and data analysis were anchored on Boleman and Deal’s (2008) Organizational Analysis Framework. The investigation revealed interesting results.
